Jo is a highly experienced massage therapist with 22 years in the field. She graduated from Touch of Life School of Massage Therapy in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, and has worked in diverse settings, including day spas, private massage therapy practices, and chiropractic offices. Jo is certified and skilled in various massage techniques, such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, raindrop therapy, muscle memory, regression, and unwinding, among others. She customizes each session by incorporating multiple modalities and carefully tuning into the body’s needs.
